Cleanse. Release. Let Go.

3.3 fl oz / 100 ml

There are times when we hold on more tightly than we realize. Thoughts, emotions, and life experiences can leave us feeling heavy, stuck, or unable to move forward. Because mind, body, and spirit are deeply connected, what we hold often affects our whole being.

Let It Go was created to encourage gentle release. Reach for it whenever you feel emotionally weighed down, are moving through a difficult season, or simply need support letting go of hat no longer serves you. Its refreshing yet grounding aroma of citruses, juniper, cypress leaf and atlas cedar invite a sense of fluidity, helping create space for greater ease and forward movement.

This 100% natural, nourishing body oil is formulated with raw, organic plant oils to support skin health and the integrity of the moisture barrier.

When we feel stuck emotionally, we often feel it physically as well. The botanicals in Let It Go have long been valued for encouraging movement where there is a sense of stagnation. Several of the botanicals in Let It Go have a long history of use in body massage to encourage movement where fluid retention and tissue stagnation can leave the skin looking less vibrant.

With an affinity for healthy lymphatic flow and the body's natural rhythms of renewal, this blend invites a feeling of lightness, ease, and gentle movement.

Scent reaches the brain through the olfactory system, engaging areas involved in emotion and perception without requiring conscious effort.

Juniper has long been associated with emotional release, while the bright citrus notes of Japanese yuzu and grapefruit encourage a sense of fluidity, ease, and gentle uplift. Cypress brings clarity and is naturally rich in alpha-pinene, a constituent associated with alertness and awareness. Atlas cedar provides a steadying presence, offering the mind a sense of stability as it begins to release what it no longer needs.

Across many traditional healing practices, botanicals that encourage movement have also been valued for their ability to support energetic release. In Japan, yuzu has long been used in seasonal bathing rituals and purification practices to symbolize cleansing and renewal. Juniper and cypress have traditionally been called upon during times of transition, helping create space for clarity, release, and moving forward. Like the cedar tree itself, Atlas cedar offers both rootedness and quiet elevation, inviting a sense of steadiness while gently lifting the spirit.

Apply after a bath or shower while the skin is still slightly damp. Take a moment to breathe in the aroma, then massage into the skin, paying extra attention to areas that feel dry or in need of care.
Allow the oil to absorb fully before dressing.

Tips for Use

  • Support somatic release. After applying the oil, sit quietly and gently scan your body from head to toe. Notice where you feel tension, heaviness, or stagnation without trying to change it. Massage a small amount of Let It Go into those areas, allowing yourself to breathe slowly. As you do, imagine cool, flowing water moving through the body, bringing ease, fluidity, and release.
  • A simple release meditation. Place a half pump of oil into your palms, rub your hands together, and cup them over your nose. Take several slow, deep breaths, allowing the aroma to settle your awareness.
Rest your left hand (right if you are left handed) close to your side with the palm facing upward, as though it is ready to receive. Extend your right arm in front of you with the palm cupped. Imagine whatever you are ready to release resting in your right hand. When it feels complete, gently toss it over your shoulder. Continue allowing thoughts, emotions, memories, or patterns to arise, placing each one into your hand and releasing it behind you.
Continue for 5 to 10 minutes, moving at your own pace. When finished, sit quietly for a few moments to notice how you feel. You may wish to journal afterward and drink a glass of water as you transition back into your day.
