Founded and formulated by a clinically trained aromatherapist and community herbalist with over a decade of professional experience, our dedication to the freshest, ethical essential oils, herbs, and lipid oils is of utmost importance to us.

We Have Nothing to Hide

At the bottom of each product page, you will find a description of every ingredient that goes into that respective formula. We believe in education and want to help you connect with the plants that will support you on your journey. We don’t hide anything under the guise of “fragrance” or “other”. We are proud to value each ingredient we use, and want to share the beauty of their potential with you.

Shelf Life

Most natural beauty products stay on the shelves for too long. This is why you won’t find our products in retail stores. We maintain strict quality standards from our studio to ensure your product is fresh, vibrant, and as effective as possible. Once opened, use each product within nine months to ensure your experience is the best it can be.

Ethics

All of our products are vegan and cruelty free. We do our best to source organic and wild-crafted ingredients. In some cases, such as a plant with a questionable conservation status, we will only work with the ethically cultivated version of that plant to avoid further harm.

Selected from the traditional materia medica of essential oils for menopause and women's health, aromatherapy is the foundation of our method. These oils benefit us physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Our selection process focuses on efficacy, freshness, and alchemical vibrancy.

Clary Sage: One of the top oils in women’s health through all phases of life. Clary sage helps regulate hormones through its action on the pituitary gland. Clary sage acts as a euphoric, antidepressant and reduces anxiety.
Vitex: AKA Chasteberry, through its action on the pituitary gland, vitex encourages the best possible course of action for hormonal balance by indirectly affecting levels of estrogen and progesterone. It is traditionally used in all phases of women’s lives. It is particularly helpful during menopause to reduce the highs and lows of hormonal fluctuations.
Geranium: Often paired with clary sage to help regulate and balance hormones. Recommended when hormones are fluctuating. Helps ease stress, depression and nervous tension during menopause.
Anise: This essential oil helps balance hormones and helps ease multiple menopausal symptoms. Due to naturally occurring trans-anethol, anise has a mild estrogenic effect.
Fennel: Helps regulate hormonal cycles as they become scanty. Post -menopause this oil provides an estrogenic effect which helps to alleviate menopausal symptoms.
Bergamot: This beautiful oil is a sedative and is at the same time uplifting. Recommended for those who feel anxious and/or depressed. Bergamot is indicated for menopausal tension and helps alleviate menopausal mood swings.
Cape Chamomile: A strong antidepressant and valued for its use in emotional disturbances, this oil soothes the anxiety, grief, and panic. Cape chamomile appears to have an antihistamine (anti-itch) effect on the skin while calming inflammation.
Neroli: One of our favorite oils to calm the nervous system. Neroli helps bring relaxation, peace of mind and eases anxiety. Helpful for heart palpitations that sometimes accompany hormonal change.
Jasmine: This beautiful oil helps connect us to our feminine selves. It reminds us of our own beauty and grace. Jasmine is a "feel good" oil helping to create a sense of peace, ease, and wellbeing.

The Lipid Oils

Our lipid oil palate utilizes the freshest virgin, organic (whenever possible) oils available. Less processing means more nutrients for your skin. These oils are a luscious cocoon. Less processing also means a shorter shelf-life, which is why we ask you to use your product within nine months.

Jojoba Seed Oil: A true wax that behaves like an oil, jojoba prevents moisture loss, is ideal for regenerative skin care and is anti-inflammatory. It is lightweight and helps all of the other ingredients absorb easily into the skin.
Camelina Seed Oil: High in essential fatty acids making it an excellent anti-inflammatory oil. Helps enhance natural barrier function. One of our favorites for mature skin and preventative skin care.
Chia Seed Oil: This nutrient rich oil contains an ideal balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids making it extremely nourishing, regenerative, and anti-inflammatory.
Sacha Inchi Seed Oil: Highly emollient and is excellent for dry inflamed skin. Sacha inchi contains about 80% essential fatty acids making a much sought after ingredient for preventative skincare.
Sea Buckthorn Oil: This antioxidant rich oil provides next-level care for skin experiencing hormonal changes. Promotes regeneration, is anti-inflammatory, protects, and strengthens the lipid barrier helping to prevent trans-epidermal moisture loss.
Sesame Seed Oil: Excellent for maintaining the integrity of the skin. This oil is slightly richer than our other lipid oils making it a key ingredient for post menopausal body care. Beneficial for skin restructuring. Sesame is high in antioxidants. In Ayurvedic medicine sesame oil is used to pacify vata. In ayurvedic theory menopause is considered “the vata phase of life”.
