Having a positive, empowering experience during perimenopause and menopause is our birthright. For too long, women have been led to be fearful of this time in our lives. We have been told that the main focus of menopause is the decline of our health, beauty, and mental wellbeing.
The Menopause Myth
What if I told you that this is all a myth? This “menopause myth” has been propagated by big pharma companies and the patriarchy, and has kept most women from experiencing and growing through the most empowering time of their lives. It doesn't have to be this way.
Menopause and perimenopause in particular create a shamanic environment where our lives are transformed. If done correctly, you will exit the experience a richer, more whole being than when you began.

Working Together
I offer one-on-one guidance and group classes for those truly interested in deep diving into a holistic lifestyle that will support their menopause journey. Viewing all phases of menopause through the lens of a mind, body and spirit approach, your work with me may include customized herbal and/or aromatherapy formulation for the physical, emotional and/or spiritual manifestations of menopause, custom skincare formulation, coaching, energy work, guided meditative nature walks, and lifestyle and mindfulness guidance.
Menopause Coaching
Combining my own unique blend of Western herbalism, aromatherapy, flower essence therapy, energy work, plant spirit medicine, as well as other techniques, we will work to undo your currently held beliefs while creating a new framework for the next phase of your life. This is powerful work and will change the way you view and relate to yourself and the world around you.
When Should You Start?
Whenever you feel called. It's never too early and it's never too late. Our bodies begin to go through shifts, usually around mid-late 30's. As with most things in life, getting a head start makes the process much smoother. If you are preparing for perimenopause, our work together will be unique to you.
