With all the negativity about menopause that we see daily, sometimes we need a guiding hand to lead us on a positive path. A shift in consciousness is the key to a positive menopausal experience. Françoise combines her decade + experience as a holistic practitioner, energy worker, yoga instructor and mindfulness practitioner to help you reframe your narrative of menopause and aging. Her coaching work will lead you to view menopause as a life change, akin to puberty or pregnancy. You will walk away seeing your menopausal journey a sacred, empowering time that is happening for your greatest good and evolution.

It is a whole-lifestyle and approach to living that begins the moment you awake and ends when you lay your head to rest at the end of the day. Together, Françoise will guide you through cleaning up your lifestyle from toxic, often unnecessary products, work with you to build a positive, nourishing self-care routine, and guide you on mindfulness methods that can be used throughout your day to foster a sense of confidence and inner peace.

Aromatherapy is multifaceted as it works on the mind, body, and spirit all at once. Custom formulations may target relief of menopausal manifestations, such as sleeplessness or anxiety. Formulations could also focus on moving past emotional blocks and/or help support you in your healing process. Often, these formulations will be coupled with unique mindfulness practices, allowing for a deeper experience. Aromatherapy can be used to support a holistic approach to menopause, or to support those who chose to use HRT.

Just as with aromatherapy, custom herbal formulations may be made to address specific physical manifestations of menopause (think hot flashes or heart palpitations). In addition, herbs are also wonderful allies for moving energy in the body, assisting in personal growth, and nurturing the spirit, especially when coupled with aromatherapy. Herbalism can be used to support a holistic approach to menopause, or to support those who chose to use HRT.
