About Us
The Way isn’t just a brand—it’s a lived method, rooted in real life and shaped by Françoise’s own experience navigating health, hormonal shifts, physical aging, and emotional healing.
It began with her personal rituals and daily choices, then deepened over time in her work with other women—through clinical aromatherapy, herbalism, and holistic coaching. It’s also been shaped by study with wise women who are redefining what it means to move through menopause and the second half of life with intention and vitality.
This isn’t a loose collection of ideas. It’s a path. A daily rhythm. A system of care for your body, mind, and spirit—designed to help you move through hormonal change, menopause, and beyond with strength, clarity, and beauty.
This site isn’t here to be passively read. It’s here to be practiced and embodied. The Way is a living method—something to return to again and again as you grow, shift, and come back to yourself.

What Makes This Different
Midlife brings enormous change—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Aging skin. Shifting hormones. Nervous system overwhelm. Emotional unraveling. Most women are told to fix, hide, or medicate their way through.
The Way offers something different.
It guides you on how to support yourself from the inside out.
And if you follow it—if you live it—your experience of this transition can shift entirely.
We don't have to fear our bodies. We need to nurture them. This is how you take your power back.
The Way Is Built on Three Pillars
Body – Hormonal support, nourishment, movement, and sensory care
Mind – Nervous system healing, emotional clarity, stress resilience
Spirit – Connection, intuition, ritual, meaning, and beauty
Every article, ritual, and product on this site is a tool.
Not just something to read—but something to live.

The Women’s Circle
At the heart of The Way is The Women’s Circle—a ritual product collection formulated to support your hormones, calm your nervous system, and help your skin reflect how good you feel inside.
This isn’t surface-level beauty. It’s transformation that begins within—and becomes visible over time.
This Is The Way
This isn’t about trying to stay the same.
It’s about caring differently and evolving.
About finding what truly supports you and makes you glow—and choosing it, over and over again.

Our Name
This is the stone,
drenched with rain
that points the way.
— Santōka, 20th century Japanese poet
The name The Way emerged after Françoise came across this Buddhist poem during a particularly transformative time in her life. It reminded her that the path that feels most challenging is often the one guiding us toward awakening.
Midlife can sometimes feel like a stone in the road—unwelcome, heavy, uncertain. But it may be the exact moment pointing us toward who we’re truly meant to become.
