Custom care for body, mind, and spirit.

These areas of focus reflect not only my training and professional experience, but also my own lived journey. Much of what I share has grown from my personal exploration of healing, regulation, and renewal through the body, the plants, and the nervous system. I believe we can most deeply guide and support others in what we have experienced and transformed within ourselves.

Nervous System Health and Mood Balance

My work centers deeply on the nervous system. I help women understand and regulate their stress response through practices that tone the vagus nerve and restore balance to the body’s natural rhythms. Aromatherapy plays a central role in this process, used as an aromatic anchor during breathwork, meditation, and gentle somatic exercises. These methods help the body recognize and return to a state of calm.

I specialize in supporting anxiety, low mood, and emotional fluctuations related to daily stressors, hormonal changes, PMS, or life transitions. This work also includes moving through emotions such as anger, grief, and overwhelm, which often surface during times of change and transformation.

Having experienced depression in my youth and anxiety as an adult, particularly during perimenopause, I know firsthand how powerful it can be to pair plant medicine with nervous system work. This approach is both grounding and transformative.

My specialized training includes certifications in Trauma Resiliency, Aromatics and Mental Health, and Aromatics and Grief Resiliency, which deepen my understanding of the mind–body connection and the role of the nervous system in emotional healing. As a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Certified Reiki Practitioner, and trained Herbalist, I bring together scientific understanding, traditional wisdom, and personal experience to help each woman find her way back to equilibrium.

Holistic Skin Health and Ageing Well

I take a whole-body approach to skin health that honors the skin as a living organ connected to our emotions, hormones, and nervous system. Rather than taking an aggressive or corrective approach, I focus on helping women live in rhythm with their skin, understanding its changing needs through the seasons of life.

Through my background in aromatherapy and herbalism, I guide clients in caring for the skin from within and without, supporting collagen production, circulation, and cellular renewal through botanicals, diet, and stress reduction. This includes using plant-based oils and extracts topically, as well as internal herbs that nourish the skin, hair, and connective tissue.

My approach to aging is one of respect. I believe in celebrating the natural process while using the intelligence of plants to help the skin remain vibrant, strong, and radiant.

Women in Midlife and Perimenopause

My work with women in midlife began more than seven years ago with my own journey through perimenopause. Seeking a natural path, I explored how herbs and essential oils could support hormonal harmony, emotional steadiness, and the profound inner transformation of this life stage.

I take a whole-person approach that supports the mind, body, and spirit. Through plants, daily rhythm, and nervous system regulation, I help women find ease and balance as they move through this time of change. Together we work with the body’s innate intelligence to address experiences such as heart palpitations, anxiety, and changes in skin and hair, while cultivating emotional and spiritual resilience.

My specialized training in this area includes the Alchemy of Menopause mentorship with Cathy Skipper, additional aromatherapy certifications in Menopausal Skincare, and coursework through The Matthew Wood Institute of Herbalism, where I earned a certificate in The Female Reproductive System: Perimenopause, Menopause & Aging. I also completed The Herbal Academy’s Holistic Support for the Menopause Transition Intensive.

These studies and lived experiences form the foundation of my work with women, helping them move through perimenopause and midlife with steadiness, confidence, and a deeper sense of connection to themselves and the natural world.

Ritual and Rites of Passage

Ritual is one of the most meaningful ways we can connect with ourselves and the world around us. It brings presence, mindfulness, and reverence into the everyday. Through ritual, we create moments that mark transition, healing, and renewal. These moments remind us that life moves in cycles and that each phase has purpose.

My approach to ritual honors its role as both a personal and collective rite of passage. These practices help us integrate change, release what is complete, and call in what is new. Ritual work may include the use of plant allies, nature connection, aromatherapy, herbal tea preparation, guided meditation, or journey work. Each experience is designed to bring the sacred into the ordinary, creating space for meaning and transformation.
