The Way is a method I’ve developed through years of lived experience—refining what has truly worked for me, and for the women I’ve worked with. It weaves together holistic health, nervous system support, and the deeper emotional and spiritual shifts that midlife brings.

This work is for women who feel the shift and want a way forward that feels clear, sustainable, nourishing, and honest.

Midlife doesn’t show up in just one way. It’s physical. It’s emotional. It’s energetic.

You might be sleeping differently. Feeling more sensitive or reactive. Crying unexpectedly. Or simply aware that something is shifting—even if you can’t name it yet.

These experiences aren’t signs that something is wrong. They’re signs that something meaningful is happening.

With the right support, this can be a time of realignment, healing, and creative energy. The Way offers tools and practices to help you move through it with clarity and strength—without abandoning yourself in the process.

How I Support You

Our work together begins with a complimentary 20-minute call to see if this feels like the right fit. If we decide to move forward, each session is tailored to you—guided by The Way, and shaped by what you’re needing most.

Your sessions may include:

  • Gentle adjustments to food and lifestyle rhythms
  • Herbal and aromatherapy support
  • Nervous system care and vagus nerve toning
  • Tools for emotional processing and integration
  • Support for hormonal balance and cycle awareness
  • Energy work, intuitive insight, guided inner journeys, and customized meditations
  • Practices that help you stay connected to what matters

After each session, you’ll receive custom notes and recommendations to support your integration between calls.

Working Together

Our work begins with a complimentary 20-minute connection call. This is a chance to ask questions, share what’s coming up for you, and get a feel for how this support might fit.

If we choose to move forward, your first session will be a 90-minute intake, where we take our time exploring your story, your current experience, and what kind of support you’re truly needing. From there, we move into regular 60-minute sessions shaped by The Way—attuned to the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of this transition.

Custom aromatherapy and/or herbal formulas are a core part of this work. Each blend is created specifically for you, offering daily support between sessions and extending the impact of what we explore together.

You’ll also receive follow-up notes after each session with practices and reflections, and email support between sessions as needed.

About Me

I’m Françoise—a clinical aromatherapist, herbalist, and holistic coach. My work is grounded in plant wisdom, nervous system regulation, and the belief that midlife is a powerful threshold, not a breakdown.

I’ve spent years helping women create a more spacious, connected way of living—through mindful rituals, supportive practices, and a deeper understanding of the body’s cues. My approach blends science and intuition, drawing from training in clinical aromatherapy, energetic healing, and most recently, Cathy Skipper’s Alchemy of Menopause program—a 9-month journey into the deeper initiatory aspects of this transition.

I bring this layered perspective into each session, offering support that meets you where you are and gently guides you back to yourself.
