You’ll also find Reflections—short journal prompts to help you personalize your experience—and a Take it Further section for those who want to deepen their practice. Every Sunday, instead of a new habit, you’ll receive a Rest Day email with a recorded guided meditation and a self-care practice to help you integrate the week’s lessons. Each email is designed to be practical, supportive, and easy to implement, so you can create meaningful change without feeling overwhelmed.

On the 31st and final day of The 30-Day Perimenopause/Menopause Reset, you’ll receive a special email and recorded talk on how to integrate everything you’ve learned into a holistic, sustainable lifestyle. This final session will help you connect the dots between the habits you’ve built, showing you how they work together to support your overall well-being. You’ll also receive guidance on maintaining consistency, adapting these practices to your evolving needs, and honoring the shifts that continue beyond this reset.
