Private Work is for women who desire thoughtful, personalized support and a deeper relationship with themselves. Through one-on-one sessions, I create space for you to slow down, listen inward, and cultivate a way of living rooted in connection, groundedness, and nervous system attunement. Our work may include holistic guidance, custom formulation, ritual practices, sound and sensory work, or quiet conversation. Each engagement is tailored to the individual, evolving over time in a way that feels natural and aligned.

I am based in Woodside, California, and offer private sessions both virtually and in person. In-person work is available throughout the San Francisco Bay Area Peninsula, including Woodside, Los Altos, Los Gatos, Menlo Park, and Palo Alto.

I am a clinical aromatherapist, trained herbalist, Reiki practitioner, and certified Kundalini yoga teacher. My work integrates traditional plant knowledge with current research in essential oils, herbalism, and nervous system science. Drawing from over a decade of study and lived experience, I guide women in cultivating a more intentional and embodied way of living.

Working Togeather

Private Work can take the form of a single, focused session or ongoing support. Some women come for a reset, a recalibration, or a moment of clarity. Others choose to work together over time, allowing the process to unfold more gradually and with greater depth.

There is no fixed formula. Each experience is shaped by what feels most supportive and aligned, whether that means refining daily practices, developing a custom formulation, exploring ritual and sensory work, or simply creating space for thoughtful conversation. The structure is flexible, but the container is intentional.

Holistic Guidance

In these sessions, we look closely at how you are living day to day, your rhythms, habits, thought patterns, and the environments you move through. Together, we refine what supports you and gently shift what does not.

This work may include lifestyle adjustments, meditation or mindfulness practices, nervous system regulation tools, and practical strategies for creating greater coherence between mind, body, and spirit. The approach is conversational, reflective, and structured, designed to create sustainable integration rather than short-term intensity.

Custom Herbal & Aromatherapy Formulation

When appropriate, I develop bespoke herbal and aromatic blends tailored specifically to you. These formulations are informed by our conversations, your goals, and how your body responds over time.

Blends may support mood, rest, focus, or overall steadiness, and can evolve as your needs shift. This is not a pre-made product approach, but a collaborative process rooted in both tradition and lived experience.

Ritual Work

Ritual sessions begin with an intention we clarify together ahead of time. We take a moment to name what you are ready to shift, strengthen, or invite forward. From there, the session unfolds within a focused and contained space that supports growth, renewal, or change.

These experiences may incorporate breath, scent, sound, guided reflection, or other sensory elements, always used with care and purpose. The work is deliberate and grounded, designed to support meaningful internal movement.

Sound + Sensory Work

Sound and sensory sessions offer a more immersive experience. These appointments may incorporate frame drum, flute, singing bowls, breath, and guided stillness to support nervous system regulation, clarity, and restoration.

The work is intentional and attuned, using sound as a structured medium for settling the body and quieting the mind. Sessions may be deeply restorative, gently activating, or reflective, depending on your intention and needs.

In-Person Work

In-person sessions take place in my private studio in Woodside, California, nestled among the redwoods. The space is designed for quiet, focused, and immersive work, offering a dedicated environment for deeper exploration and sensory experience.
