About Me
I'm Françoise. I am a certified clinical aromatherapist, trained herbalist, Reiki practitioner, sound healer, and certified Kundalini yoga teacher. My work integrates traditional plant knowledge with the latest research in essential oils, herbalism, and nervous system science. Drawing from over two decades of study and lived experience, I guide individuals and small groups in cultivating a more intentional and embodied way of living.

Custom Herbal & Aromatherapy Formulation
When appropriate, I develop bespoke herbal and aromatic blends tailored specifically to you. These formulations are informed by our conversations, your goals, and how your body responds over time.

Guided Stress Relief
Guided Stress Relief is a personalized session that draws on breathwork, aromatherapy, and grounding practices to support the nervous system. Designed to be both practical and transformational, it offers tools you can carry with you beyond our time together.
Aromatic Medicine Healings
Each session begins with a conversation and an intention we clarify together. From there, I create a personalized experience that may weave together custom aromatherapy, breathwork, sound healing, subtle energy work, and other supportive practices, always guided by your individual needs.

Sound Healing

Offered privately and for small groups, sound healings may incorporate the frame drum, flute, singing bowls, breath, and guided stillness to support nervous system regulation, clarity, and restoration.
The work is intentional and attuned, using sound as a structured medium for settling the body and quieting the mind. Sessions may be deeply restorative, gently activating, or reflective, depending on your intention and needs.
Subtle Energy Work
(In-person only)
Reiki-informed energy work is gently incorporated into sessions to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall balance. This hands-on approach is subtle, grounding, and integrated with the broader sensory experience.
