Set in a private home among the redwoods of upper Woodside, California, these monthly gatherings offer a quiet, immersive space to slow down, reconnect, and restore. Participants join from throughout Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Portola Valley, Redwood City, and the greater Bay Area.
Gatherings are held monthly, last two hours, and are intentionally limited to five participants. Private group experiences are also available.

Monthly Group Gatherings
Each two-hour gathering takes place indoors in a peaceful space looking out at the redwoods. Yoga mats and blankets are provided for your comfort.

Private Group Experiences
Private gatherings are available for groups of up to five people seeking a more personalized and restorative experience in an intimate redwood setting.
Each gathering is thoughtfully guided and may incorporate customized aromatherapy, gentle breathwork, grounding meditation, immersive sound healing, tea, and time for reflection and integration. Sessions can be tailored around the needs and intentions of the group, including themes, emotional support, relaxation, grounding, seasonal rituals, fragrance profiles, and overall atmosphere.
These experiences are ideal for close friends, birthdays, intentional gatherings, creative retreats, nervous system support, or simply creating space to slow down together.
Gatherings take place in a private home at the top of Kings Mountain Road, near Skyline Boulevard, just minutes from central Woodside, overlooking the redwoods. Conveniently located for those throughout Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Portola Valley, Los Gatos, and the surrounding Bay Area.

I’m Françoise, and I’m honored to host these intimate gatherings in the place I call home, among the redwoods on Kings Mountain in Woodside, California, just minutes from the town center.
I’m a certified aromatherapist, trained herbalist, Reiki practitioner, holistic guide, yoga teacher, and sound healer. My work brings these modalities together into a practice I call Aromatic Medicine Healings.
These small group gatherings are a way of sharing that work in a more intimate setting, offering space to slow down, reconnect, and return to a sense of calm and balance.
