After many years living in cities, I eventually packed up and moved into the redwood forest of Kings Mountain, near Woodside, California. As a two-time wellness brand founder, the beauty and quiet of this place inspired me to begin offering more personal, one-to-one work.
Living on the Peninsula, I began looking for wellness experiences that felt quiet, personal, and thoughtfully designed. Over many years working with aromatherapy, ritual practice, and sound, I had come to value spaces where the pace slows and each session can unfold with care and attention.
Eventually I realized that instead of continuing to search for that kind of environment, I could simply create it myself.
Today I offer private sessions in my Woodside studio, where my work through The Way Apothecary can be experienced in a calm and intentional setting. My approach brings together several modalities I have studied and practiced over many years, including aromatherapy, herbal support, Reiki-informed energy work, sound healing, and ritual-based practices that help calm the nervous system and restore balance.
Sessions are intentionally one-to-one and designed to unfold at a slower pace. Instruments such as shamanic drums, singing bowls, chimes, and flutes are often used to create a gentle field of sound that allows the body to soften and the mind to quiet.
Many clients visit from nearby communities such as Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park, and other Peninsula towns. The intention of the studio remains simple: to offer a quiet place where people can step away from the pace of daily life and reconnect with themselves.
Private one-to-one sessions are available in my Woodside studio. You can learn more about the experience and availability here.
Warmest wishes,
