Tips for Use
- Inner Healer can be used daily during periods of healing and inner work, or whenever you feel called to receive a little extra support. Before applying, warm a small amount of oil between your palms, place your hands over your heart, or one hand over the heart and one over the abdomen, and take several slow, deep breaths. Simply acknowledge that you are allowing healing to begin.
- Inner Healer is a beautiful companion for somatic practices. If you notice tension, heaviness, or unease somewhere in your body, gently apply the oil to that area. There is nothing to fix, nothing to force, and nowhere to arrive. Simply allow yourself to be present with what is.
