Heal. Nurture. Reconnect.

3.3 fl oz / 100 ml

Inner Healer was originally created by Françoise for her private work with clients moving through periods of healing and transition. Whether navigating grief, the end of a relationship, major life changes, or simply finding steadiness in an often overwhelming world, this blend was designed to offer a quiet source of support.

More than a body oil, Inner Healer was created to accompany the deeper work. To help you feel nurtured, emotionally held, and gently returned to yourself.

The essential oils within the blend have long been valued for supporting emotional well-being and mind, body, and spirit practices. Their individual qualities are explored below.

This 100% natural, nourishing body oil is formulated with raw, organic plant oils to support skin health and the integrity of the moisture barrier.

Skin is soothed through copaiba and frankincense, acknowledging the intimate relationship of the mind-skin axis. Patchouli leaf and angelica root ground the body, creating stability for healing and change.

Scent reaches the brain through the olfactory system, engaging areas involved in emotion and perception without requiring conscious effort.

Sandalwood creates a soothing sense of stillness and quiet, allowing healing to begin. Sweet orange, a proven anxiolytic, calms the mind and creates breathing room, while benzoin offers a touch of grounded sweetness, evoking feelings of security and safety.

Angelica has long been associated with fostering a connection between groundedness and the spirit, allowing the two to come into balance. Rose has been treasured throughout history for supporting the heart through grief, trauma, and emotional healing, gently nurturing all aspects of our being. Frankincense, a resin that helps heal the wounds of the tree from which it is harvested, has long held a parallel place in plant-spirit traditions as a companion for healing our own inner wounds.

Apply after a bath or shower while the skin is still slightly damp. Take a moment to breathe in the aroma, then massage into the skin, paying extra attention to areas that feel dry or in need of care. We love using this oil over the heart center throughout the day. Allow the oil to absorb fully before dressing.

Tips for Use

  • Inner Healer can be used daily during periods of healing and inner work, or whenever you feel called to receive a little extra support. Before applying, warm a small amount of oil between your palms, place your hands over your heart, or one hand over the heart and one over the abdomen, and take several slow, deep breaths. Simply acknowledge that you are allowing healing to begin.
  • Inner Healer is a beautiful companion for somatic practices. If you notice tension, heaviness, or unease somewhere in your body, gently apply the oil to that area. There is nothing to fix, nothing to force, and nowhere to arrive. Simply allow yourself to be present with what is.
  • This blend pairs beautifully with therapy, coaching, energy work, or other healing modalities. Consider applying a small amount before your session to create space for openness, and again afterward as a ritual of grounding and integration. If you work with a holistic practitioner, consider exploring ways to incorporate Inner Healer into your healing process together.
  • When life feels especially overwhelming, massage a small amount into the soles of your feet before bed. This simple ritual encourages grounding, presence, and a gentle return to yourself.
  • Remember that healing is a process, not a destination. It is rarely linear. Trust the work, be patient with yourself, and allow the journey to unfold in its own time.
