Join me for an intimate seasonal healing among the redwoods of Kings Mountain in Woodside, California.

At the beginning of a new year, we will explore the theme of Potential through the archetype of the seed. Winter reminds us that stillness is not the absence of growth. Beneath the surface, the seed holds all that it may become, waiting for the conditions that will allow it to emerge. Together, we will sit within that quiet space of possibility, viscerally embodying the potential we hold for the year ahead.

Our time together will unfold through:

• Smudging and intention setting
• Guided somatic movement to release held tension
• An Aromatic Attunement with a custom aromatherapy blend created for and woven throughout the gathering
• Calming breathwork
• A guided meditative journey with shamanic. drumming
• An immersive sound healing
• Custom-blended herbal tea, optional sharing, and time for integration

For this gathering, we will work with coriander seed as our aromatic ally. Warm, gently stimulating, and subtly sweet, coriander brings a sense of movement to the stillness of winter. As a seed, it also carries within it the potential for what has yet to emerge, offering an aromatic embodiment of the possibilities we hold as we enter the year ahead.

The gathering takes place in a private home studio at the top of Kings Mountain Road near Skyline Boulevard. The exact address will be provided after booking.

Mats, organic cotton blankets, and other supports are provided. All fabric items are freshly laundered between each use with fragrance-free, natural products.
