Come join me for a small group gathering and aromatic-led breathwork and sound healing among the majestic redwoods of Kings Mountain in Woodside, California.

Limited to four participants, this two-hour experience offers space to slow down, reconnect, and share in a sense of community.

In this gathering, we will begin with intention setting, followed by gentle, aromatherapy-led breathwork. From there, you will be guided into an immersive sound healing experience and a brief meditation. Our time together will conclude with a custom-blended herbal tea, optional sharing, and integration.

We will meet on Saturday, September 19th from 11–1pm. The exact address will be shared upon booking.

Our theme for this afternoon is the Harvest. Through scent, sound, and a guided meditation, we will explore the themes of harvesting all that we have cultivated over the summer months.

The gathering takes place in a private home at the top of Kings Mountain Road, near Skyline Boulevard, just minutes from central Woodside, overlooking the redwoods.
