Join me for an intimate seasonal healing among the redwoods of Kings Mountain in Woodside, California.

As summer draws to a close and we approach the autumn equinox, we will explore the theme of The Harvest, pausing to recognize what has taken root, come to fruition, or come into being over the past several months. The equinox offers a natural point of balance and transition, inviting us to take stock of what we have cultivated before turning toward the quieter season ahead.

Our time together will unfold through:

  • Smudging and intention setting
  • Guided somatic movement to release held tension
  • An Aromatic Attunement with a custom aromatherapy blend created for and woven throughout the gathering
  • Calming breathwork
  • A guided meditative journey with shamanic. drumming
  • An immersive sound healing
  • Custom-blended herbal tea, optional sharing, and time for integration

For this gathering, we will work with an aromatic blend created especially for The Harvest, featuring cypress, angelica, and lemon. Cypress supports times of transition and has long been associated with the autumn season. Angelica helps create a sense of connection between the earthly and spiritual realms, while lemon brings movement, brightness, and fluidity to the blend.

The gathering takes place in a private home studio at the top of Kings Mountain Road near Skyline Boulevard. The exact address will be provided after booking.

Yoga mats, blankets, and other supports are provided. No previous experience is necessary.

About Your Guide

Meet Françoise

Françoise Decatrel is an integrative healing practitioner whose work is rooted in the relationship between body, mind, spirit, and the natural world. Drawing from her work as a clinical aromatherapist, along with herbal wisdom, breathwork, guided meditation, sound, and Reiki-informed energy work, her approach is intuitive and multi-layered, weaving these practices together in ways that respond to the season, the setting, and the people gathered.

The Setting

Gatherings take place in a private home affectionately known as the Tree House, high among the redwoods of Kings Mountain yet only a few minutes from downtown Woodside. Although nearby the Silicon Valley area, it feels far removed from everyday life. Here you will find quiet, nature, and space to breathe in a setting entirely different from a conventional wellness studio.
