Join me for an intimate seasonal healing among the redwoods of Kings Mountain in Woodside, California.

As autumn deepens, we will explore the theme of Reflection and the inward energy of the West direction on the Medicine Wheel. Guided by an aromatic blend centered on sage, this gathering offers space to listen deeply and consider what we wish to carry into the quieter winter months.

We will begin with intention setting and gentle, aromatherapy-led breathwork, using a special blend centered on sage for its clarifying character and association with the western direction. This will be followed by guided meditation and immersive sound healing. Our time together will conclude with a custom-blended herbal tea, optional sharing, and time for integration.

The gathering takes place in a private home studio at the top of Kings Mountain Road near Skyline Boulevard. The exact address will be provided after booking.

Yoga mats, blankets, and other supports are provided. No previous experience is necessary.

About Your Guide

Meet Françoise

Françoise Decatrel is a certified clinical aromatherapist and integrative healing practitioner whose work weaves together aromatic therapy, breathwork, guided meditation, sound, and Reiki-informed energy work. She leads each gathering with care, creating an intimate, grounded experience shaped by the season.

The Setting

Gatherings take place in a private home affectionately known as the Tree House, high among the redwoods of Kings Mountain yet only a few minutes from downtown Woodside. Although nearby the Silicon Valley area, it feels far removed from everyday life. Here you will find quiet, nature, and space to breathe in a setting entirely different from a conventional wellness studio.
