A seasonal gathering for reflection, connection, and guidance in nature.

A Medicine Walk is a shorter approach to the reflective journey of a vision quest. You enter nature in silence, carrying a question or intention and seeking insight through observation, intuition, and your encounters along the way.

Gather with a small group in a remote natural setting, stepping away from everyday distractions to listen inwardly and explore what nature may reveal.

We begin with a short opening ceremony that includes sound and time to clarify the question you will carry into your walk.

For close to two hours, we will move along the trail in silence, pausing to journal, observe, and listen to our inner voices. You may find yourself drawn to a particular tree, an animal encounter, or a detail in the landscape. These moments offer opportunities to notice signs in nature and reflect on what feels meaningful to you.

Shamanic drumming will accompany the walk, moving through different rhythms to support meditative awareness and inward reflection.

Afterward, we will gather for tea to share and integrate our experiences, exploring the symbolism and personal meaning of the encounters, sensations, and impressions that arose. A short closing ceremony and tea will bring our time together to a close.

Medicine Walks are held seasonally and limited to ten participants. We will meet directly at the location located off of Skyline Blvd. near La Honda, CA. We will meet on a Friday at 11:00 a.m. to avoid weekend crowds on local trails, concluding around 3:00 p.m.
