In a world that often fuels insecurity around aging, menopause, and change, this podcast offers something different. It is a quiet refuge—a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find empowerment in ways that feel natural, not forced.

Before we dive in, I want to introduce myself. My name is Francoise, and I am the founder of The Way Apothecary. I am a menopause coach, holistic guide, aromatherapist, herbalist, and Reiki practitioner. More importantly, I’m someone who has personally experienced the shifts of perimenopause and beyond.

Through my own journey and my work with other women, I realized that the way we talk about this time in life is often filled with fear, loss, and resistance. But what if it doesn’t have to be that way?

I created The Way Apothecary as a place to redefine menopause—not as something to fix, but as a natural transformation. A time of empowerment. A time to slow down, reconnect, and truly care for yourself in a way that feels supportive and nourishing.

I created The Way Home to Yourself because I saw how much pressure and noise exist around menopause, midlife, and the entire transition. Everywhere we turn, we’re told to fight aging, fix ourselves, do more, weigh less, be more, and somehow stay the same.

But what if we approached this differently?

What if this wasn’t about loss or decline but about stepping into something deeper, wiser, and more aligned with who we truly are?

This isn’t about keeping up—it’s about coming home to yourself and celebrating who you are right now.
