Each one is paired with a custom aromatic inhaler made with 100% essential oils to help you drop into the moment, restore your nervous system, and reset from within.

Every other day, you'll receive an email introducing a new habit or practice designed to support your body and mind during perimenopause and menopause. Each email follows a simple, structured format:

  • How to incorporate it into your daily life
  • When to practice it for the best results
  • Reflections with short journal prompts
  • Take it Further for those who want to go deeper

To support integration and restoration, you’ll also receive four Rest Day emails throughout the course. Each one includes a recorded guided meditation—Ground, Calm, Heal, or Release—paired with a gentle self-care practice to help you pause, process, and reset.

To enrich these moments, you’ll receive four aromatic inhalers, each crafted to complement one of the Rest Day meditations.
