The Women’s Circle II is a luxurious, nourishing body oil that contains essential oils focusing on hormonal balance, ease of menopausal symptoms, emotional support, and stress reduction for women experiencing perimenopausal manifestations (we avoid the word "symptoms" because menopause is not a disease), for at least three years. If you are just beginning perimenopause, please use Women's Circle I. If you have reached menopause, or have missed at least eight consecutive periods, please use Women's Circle III.

This oil is extremely nurturing to the skin and will nourish and protect your skin from moisture barrier loss. The Women’s Circle II supports the skin-brain axis by helping to regulate stress, balance inflammation, and promote overall well-being. We have chosen a blend of lipid oils selected for this phase of life that will leave your skin soft, glowing, and cared for.

This oil is for women who have experienced multiple perimenopausal symptoms for at least three years.

There’s no magic pill—or oil—that will make perimenopause disappear. This is a natural transition your body is meant to go through. We suggest using this oil once a day, after your morning or evening shower. While the skin is still slightly damp, massage the desired amount from the shoulders down to the tops of your feet, focusing on the torso. Allow the oil to soak in completely before getting dressed. Take your time and be in tune with your body. Breathe deeply.

Use this formula five days a week, taking two days off. This is an important step, please don’t skip it. This oil is made to be used on its own.

Please avoid using other leave-on body care products directly before or after applying. The only exception is proper sun protection/sunblock.

INGREDIENTS IN THIS FORMULA

Support. Balance. Calm.

Clary Sage: One of the top oils in women’s health through all phases of life. Clary sage helps regulate hormones through its action on the pituitary gland. Clary sage acts as a euphoric, antidepressant and reduces anxiety.
Geranium: Often paired with clary sage to help regulate and balance hormones. Recommended when hormones are fluctuating. Helps eased stress, depression and nervous tension during menopause.
Vitex: AKA Chasteberry, through its action on the pituitary gland, vitex encourages the best possible course of action for hormonal balance by indirectly affecting levels of estrogen and progesterone. It is traditionally used in all phases of women’s lives. It is particularly helpful during menopause to reduce the highs and lows of hormonal fluctuations.
Anise: This essential oil helps balance hormones and helps ease multiple menopausal symptoms. Due to naturally occurring trans-anethol, anise has a mild estrogenic effect.
Cape Chamomile: A strong antidepressant and valued for its use in emotional disturbances, this oil soothes the anxiety, grief, and panic. Cape chamomile appears to have an antihistamine (anti-itch) effect on the skin while calming inflammation.
Bergamot: This beautiful oil is a sedative and is at the same time uplifting. Recommended for those who feel anxious and/or depressed. Bergamot is indicated for menopausal tension and helps alleviate menopausal mood swings.
Australian Sandalwood: Relaxing, soothing and quiets the mind bringing about a sense of stillness. Used for nervous tension, anxiety, and general relaxation.
Jojoba Seed Oil: A true wax that behaves like an oil, jojoba prevents moisture loss, is ideal for regenerative skin care and is anti-inflammatory. It is lightweight and helps all of the other ingredients absorb easily into the skin.
Camelina Seed Oil: High in essential fatty acids making it an excellent anti-inflammatory oil. Helps enhance natural barrier function. One of our favorites for mature skin and preventative skin care.
Chia Seed Oil: This nutrient rich oil contains an ideal balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids making it extremely nourishing, regenerative, and anti-inflammatory.
Sacha Inchi Seed Oil: Highly emollient and is excellent for dry inflamed skin. Sacha inchi contains about 80% essential fatty acids making a much sought after ingredient for preventative skincare.
Sea Buckthorn Oil: This antioxidant rich oil provides next-level care for skin experiencing hormonal changes. Promotes regeneration, is anti-inflammatory, protects, and strengthens the lipid barrier helping to prevent trans-epidermal moisture loss.
