Clary Sage Essential Oil: One of the top oils in women’s health through all phases of life. Clary sage helps regulate
hormones through its action on the pituitary
gland. Clary sage acts as a euphoric, antidepressant and reduces anxiety.

Geranium Essential Oil: Often paired with clary sage to help regulate and balance hormones. Recommended when hormones are fluctuating. Helps ease stress, depression and nervous tension during menopause.

Vitex Essential Oil: AKA Chasteberry, through its action on the pituitary gland, vitex encourages the best possible course of action for hormonal balance by indirectly affecting levels of estrogen and progesterone. It is traditionally used in all phases of women’s lives. It is particularly helpful during menopause to reduce the highs and lows of hormonal fluctuations.

Anise Essential Oil: This essential oil contains high levels of naturally occurring trans-anethole which is believed to mildly mimic estrogen in the body thus helping ease multiple menopausal manifestations.

Fennel Essential Oil: Helps regulate hormonal cycles as they become scanty. Post -menopause this oil provides an estrogenic effect which helps to alleviate menopausal symptoms.

Bergamot Essential Oil: This beautiful oil is a sedative and is at the same time uplifting. Recommended for those who feel anxious and/or depressed. Bergamot is indicated for menopausal tension and helps alleviate menopausal mood swings.

Neroli Essential Oil: One of our favorite oils to calm the nervous system. Neroli helps bring relaxation, peace of mind and eases anxiety. Helpful for heart palpitations that sometimes accompany hormonal change.

Jasmine Essential Oil: This beautiful oil helps connect us to our feminine selves. It reminds us of our own beauty and grace. Jasmine is a "feel good" oil helping to create a sense of peace, ease, and wellbeing.

Sweet Orange Essential Oil: Sweet orange is a nervine meaning it helps calm and regulate the nervous system. This is a strong ally in dealing with anxiety, stress, and fluctuating emotions. t helps one relax and brings about a state of happiness and ease.

Jojoba Seed Oil: A true wax that behaves like an oil, jojoba prevents moisture loss, is ideal for regenerative skin care and is anti-inflammatory. It is lightweight and helps all of the other ingredients absorb easily into the skin.

Camelina Seed Oil: High in essential fatty acids making it an excellent anti-inflammatory oil. Helps enhance natural barrier function. One of our favorites for mature skin and preventative skin care.

Chia Seed Oil: This nutrient rich oil contains an ideal balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids making it extremely nourishing, regenerative, and anti-inflammatory.

Sacha Inchi Seed Oil: Highly emollient and is excellent for dry inflamed skin. Sacha inchi contains about 80% essential fatty acids making a much sought after ingredient for preventative skincare.

Sesame Seed Oil: Excellent for maintaining the integrity of the skin. This oil is slightly richer than our other lipid oils making it a key ingredient for post menopausal body care. Beneficial for skin restructuring. Sesame is high in antioxidants. In Ayurvedic medicine sesame oil is used to pacify vata. In ayurvedic theory menopause is considered “the vata phase of life”.

Sea Buckthorn Oil: This antioxidant rich oil provides next-level care for skin experiencing hormonal changes. Promotes regeneration, is anti-inflammatory, protects, and strengthens the lipid barrier helping to prevent trans-epidermal moisture loss.
